China Launches Boxboard Dumping Probe

China began an investigation on Nov. 18 into imports of boxboard from the U.S., Dow Jones reports.The Chinese Ministry of Commerce says it expects the dumping probe to take a year to complete, although it could be extended to May 18, 2013, under special conditions.
