AF&PA Tackles Bioenergy Issues

The American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) held its first bioenergy workshop on Sept. 11 at its headquarters in Washington, D.C. Over 100 members attended the event. The AF&PA demonstrated with its presenters how more comprehensive research and analysis is needed if the country is to realize the full potential that domestically-produced bioenergy can bring to combating climate change and seeking energy independence without unnecessarily distorting fiber markets.
