Manufacturing Solutions International (MSI) purchased Graphic Packaging International's (GPI) Portage, Ind., contract packaging and manufacturing plant. Terms weren't disclosed. The 150,000-sq-ft plant produces products for a variety of consumer packaged goods companies. MSI will integrate its operations into the former GPI facility.
