Walmart will be highlighting some of its sustainability achievements when it releases its Global Responsibility Report on April 16 and holds its seventh annual Sustainable Packaging Expo on May 7-9 in Rogers, Ark., Packaging Digest reports. This year's event is expected to draw about 200 exhibitors and nearly 2,000 participants, says Ron Sasine, Walmart senior director for private label packaging. He says past exhibitors have received information on this year's program, but he welcomes additional exhibitor applications.
