Boise, Idaho-based Boise Inc. reports net income of $16.3 million for fourth quarter 2011, compared with net income of $26.2 million for fourth quarter 2010. Net income for the year was $75.2 million, an increase of $12.5 million, or 20 percent, from net income of $62.7 million for 2010.
