Lanzhou Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd.and Lanzhou Chemical Industrial Co.,Ltd.have merged themselves into CNPC Lanzhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd..According to the development program and the strategic planning made by CNPC,the investment by the company in the western region has been increased,the oil refining capacity in Lanzhou has been expanded to 10 million t/a and the new 600 000 t/a ethylene project is being executed.
