Last month, with little warning, a previously unnoticed group, Dogwood Alliance, initiated its "Occupy KFC" protest and disrupted 150 Yum! Brands KFC outiets. The group wanted KFC to "green up" its ubiquitous bucket, calling on the company to, "Stop destroying Southern forests for your throwaway packaging." This style of happenings begs the question why? Why folks are demanding to be heard requires an answer.
