GP Vet Named President of New Firm

Michael Koplik and Scott Griffin of fiber management firm Perry H. Koplik & Sons have formed a new company, Koplik International (KI). The firm will be based at Koplik headquarters in New York. Simon Davies is president of the new company. He spent almost 25 years working for Georgia-Pacific (GP) in Europe and the U.S. and has extensive experience in market pulp, paper, tissue, and fiber. He also served as president of Harmon Associates, GP's secondary fiber arm.
