Citing numerous issues in the Boiler MACT and Commercial and Industrial Incineration (CISWI) rules, the American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) is among 10 organizations representing a range of industries that submitted a petition for administrative reconsideration and amendment of the Boiler MACT and CISWI rules. If accepted by EPA, the process will begin to correct the most egregious flaws with the rules.
