Manufacturers Closely Watch NLRB

The Association of Independent Corrugated Converters (AICC), along with the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and other manufacturing-oriented trade associations, are keeping their eyes on moves that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) may make before the end of 2011. Among the issues on manufacturers' radar screens are the ambush election rule, NAM's lawsuit on union posting requirements, and the Workplace Democracy and Fairness Act.
