PCA Boosts Dividend 33 Percent

Packaging Corp. of America (PCA), Lake Forest, Ill., will increase the quarterly cash dividend on its company stock 33 percent from an annual payout of 60 cents per share to 80 cents per share. The first quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share will be paid on April 15 to shareholders of record as of March 15. Future declaration of quarterly dividends and the establishment of future record and payment dates are subject to the final determination of PCA's board of directors.
