Nine Dragons to Build New Mill

Hong Kong-based Nine Dragons Paper Holdings plans to invest $1.5 billion to build a new containerboard mill in the northeastern province of Liaoning, Bloomberg reports.The mill will be located in the capital of Shenyang. The company may invest about $ 303 million in the first phase of the plant, which is expected to begin production in 2013.
