When adjusting for charges associated with the acquisition of Sierra Pacific Packaging, Inc., and a loss on modification or extinguishment of debt, second quarter adjusted net income was $34.6 million. This compares to second quarter 2010 adjusted net income of $14.7 million. Second quarter 2010 adjusted net income excludes $46.6 million of charges associated with the combination with Altivity Packaging, LLC.
