Graphic Packaging Holding Co. reports net income for first quarter 2010 of $6.3 million. This compares to a first quarter 2009 net loss of $28.2 million. Adjusted net income for the quarter, which excludes $8.5 million of charges associated with the combination with Altivity Packaging, LLC, was $14.8 million, compared to a first quarter 2009 adjusted net loss of $13.3 million.
