Caraustar to Open New Plant

Caraustar Industries Inc. plans to open a paperboard converting plant in Rogersville, Ala., by the end of this month, reports the TimesDaily. One of the biggest customers will be International Paper Co.'s paper mill in Courtland, Ala., stated Dick Cowart, regional manager for Caraustar. He said the company was cur-rendy hiring people and they were expected to get "on board by the end of the week."
