July Box Shipments Drop

July box shipments have dropped 3.5 percent, reports the Fibre Box Association (FBA). Specifically, on both an actual and an average week basis, they rose 1.3 percent. July 2010 had one less shipping day at 20, compared to 21 this July. Turning to year to date data, actually shipments through July were completely flat, and on an average week basis, they are flat as well. The number of shipping days this year are even with last year.
