Pratt Expands in Staten Island

Last week, Pratt Industries, America's seventh largest paper and packaging company, expanded its recycled containerboard mill site on Staten Island, N.Y. New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Pratt Industries CEO & Chairman Anthony Pratt opened a material recovery facility (MRF) and corrugated box plant on July 30 during an official ceremony. This brings the total investment at the site to $333 million. Pratt Industries invested $20 million in the expansion.
