Sheets Unlimited in Renton, Wash., recently installed the first 112-in. Vanguard singlefacer with preheaters, splicers and roll stands from MarquipWardUnited. The Vanguard singlefacer provides precise flute formation and excellent bonding at high speeds on all products from miniflute to heavy board. The Vanguard pressure roll singlefacer is less expensive to operate than a belted singlefacer, the company says.
