L & M Corrugated will be doubling the size of its plant in Dubuque, Iowa, to 48,000 sq ft. L & M is currendy renting space in the building for office staff; the expansion project will allow the company to have all of its employees in one building. It will add eight jobs.The Platteville, Iowa, common council voted on the sale of just over three acres that is connected to L & M's current facility. The land was sold for $1 per acre. Construction on the expansion is scheduled to begin in the spring.
