Double Star Reorganizing Dongfeng to Fulfil Its Tire Dream

On March 19,Qingdao Double Star Group proclaimed that it had signed asset trust-eeship agreement with Dongfeng (Shiyan) Tire Co.,Ltd.(the former Dongfeng Lion Tire Co.,Ltd.) and Dongfeng Tire Factory Industrial Development Co.,Ltd.(Dongfeng Tire) in Wuhan,Hubei province.The agreement indicates that before Dongfeng Tire's assets are reorganized and sold to Double Star,Double Star will manage Dongfeng Tire's assets and organize the production and operation (CCR2005 No.3).
