Sherwin Williams of the United States and Shanghai Kinlita Chemical Industrial Co Ltd established Shanghai Sherwin Kinlita Coatings Co Ltd on Apr.2 in an effort to jointly expand the automobile coatings market in China.The joint venture has a total investment of USus8.0 million and a registered capital of RMB37.0 million.The
