摘要

Transmission electron microscopy was used to study the intragranular dislocation slip both near and far from grain boundaries and also the evolution of the defect structure of grain boundaries of various types upon deformation of a Ni_3Fe alloy with a short-range order. Correlations were found between the dislocation slip near grain boundaries and the evolution of the defect structure of different boundaries and also between the density of grain-boundary defects and a change in the crystallographic parameters of these boundaries.
