摘要

Mutual drag of electrons and phonons in degenerate conductors placed in a magnetic field is considered. The set of integral equations for the distribution functions of a nonequilibrium electron-phonon system in a linear approximation in the degeneracy parameter is solved. The effect of the magnetic field on the relaxation of momentum in an electron-phonon system is analyzed. All components of the tensors of kinetic coefficients are calculated with allowance for the mutual drag of electrons and phonons. The effect of the mutual electron-phonon drag on the electrical conductivity, thermoelectric power, and thermal conductivity of degenerate conductors in a linear approximation in the degeneracy parameter is investigated.
