Galvanomagnetic properties of microinhomogeneous PdMn_xFe_(1-x) - alloys were studied at 4.2 K in magnetic fields H up to 12 MA/m. The concentrational dependences of the normal Hall effect and electrical resistivity in this ternary multiphase system were shown to behave isomorphically. The anomalous Hall resistivity is related to scattering of conduction electrons by spin nonuniformities of the ferromagnetic phase. The behavior of the magnetoresistance of the ternary (0.2 <= x <= 0.8) and binary (x approx 0 and x = 1) alloys is explained by the ordering of magnetic nonuniformities in the applied magnetic field and by the "Lorentz twisting" of conduction electrons, respectively.
