Optimizing the use of NTSYS-pc in analyzing genebank data

Features of the NTSYS-pc as a multivariate statistical tool were reviewed With emphasis on its use in analyzing germplasm characterization and evaluation data. Discussions on data entry, correction and the common programs were presented as well as the common program flow supplied as a chart.
