The 450 000 t/a PTA project(expanded to 600 000 t/a later)funded by Shenzhen Union Holdings China Company Ltd through its subordinate Hualian Sunshine Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has always been eye-catching in the market.The company has recently decided to sell the equity of Bosideng Corporation Limited at a price of over RMB200 million and the funds raised will mainly be used in the follow-up construction of the PTA project.
