According to the local government departments of Shenzhen on April 15th, a new energy chemical project - carboxylic synthesis and selective oxidation DS-3# project - has been settled in Shenzhen of Guangdong province. The project uses renewable carbohydrates such as sugarcane, rice straw and stalk as raw materials to produce fuel oil additives containing more than ten alcohol ingredients.
