The Cosmetic Ingredient Review Expert Panel has added hair-dye ingredient 1-hydroxyethyl-4,5-diamino pyrazole sulfate-a substance with a "moderate" hazard rating per the Environmental Working Group's Skin Deep database-to its list of priority ingredients slated for review in 2015.
