China leview anti-dumping duty on art paper

China begins to levy anti-dumping duties on imported coated art paper produced in South Korea and Japan for a term of five years. The Ministry of Commerce PRC announced on August 6th that importers of the product originated from the two countries have to pay anti-dumping duty ranging from 4 percent to 71 percent.
