Private-label consumer-product manufacturer Rockline Industries, Inc. is recalling baby and personal wipes under the Pure 'n Gentle and Softs brands, as well as Kroger Scented Baby Wipes, Publix Hand & Face Wipes and Western Family CozyCare scented wipes, citing the presence of mold contamination, according to FDA's enforcement report for the week of Nov. 5.
