Export Rebate Readjustment Triggers Impact on Urea Export

The State Council decided on Oct.13 to reform the existing export rebate mechanism.With the approval of the State Council,the Ministry of Finance and the State Tax Administration have jointly issued the"Circular concerning the Readjustment to the Rebate Rate of Export Goods"and started structural readjustment to the rebate rate of the value-added tax of export goods.
