After a busy 2012 on the legislative front, the Personal Care Products Council again finds itself playing Whac-A-Mole in 2013, working to squash burdensome state-level proposals at the rate they pop up. During a Feb. 27 legislative update at PCPC's 119th Annual Meeting in Palm Beach, Fla., Executive Vice President of Government Affairs John Hurson said the trade group is "already tracking 100 bills" this year that could have bearing on the personal-care industry.
