California ARB Extends Some Survey Deadlines, Welcomes Other Requests

Small businesses that sold personal-care products in California in 2013 have until July 1 to report data required by the state Air Resources Board's Consumer and Commercial Products Survey, and extension requests from other responsible parties were accepted through Feb. 27, California ARB says. Under the board's expanded survey as originally released in September 2014, all marketers of chemically formulated consumer and commercial products available to Californians in 2013 - including personal-care items - were required to submit sales and formulation information to CARB by March 2 without exceptions.
