Salty BeautV'acquires Puerto Rican. distributor: Beauty retailer announced acquisition of professional beauty supply distributor Belleza Concept International Inc. on Sept. 23. Sally Beauty Holdings acquired the firm through its subsidiary, Beauty Systems Group LLC. "We are very excited and proud to have the opportunity to develop our presence in the Caribbean with the Belleza Concept's team," says Frank Fulco, group vice president of Beauty Systems Group. "It is our goal to become the premier partner to salons in Puerto Rico." Belleza distributes professional beauty products in the Caribbean through its three stores and eight sales consultants. Sally Beauty Supply and Beauty Systems Group sell and distribute through over 3,700 stores, including approximately 200 franchised units, worldwide.
