The National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)has granted approval to China Petroleum&Chemical Corporation(Sinopec Corp.)and Kuwait Petroleum Company(KPC)to launch a feasibility study on building a joint venture refining and petrochemical complex in Nansha,Guangzhou,Guangdong province in southern China.
