Prestige Brands has placed its Prell and Denorex hair-care brands and Cutex nail-care line on the selling block as part of a reorganization program to shift resources to its most lucrative OTC and household lines.As for its less profitable brands,which include personal care and smaller OTCs,"we are actively going on record [and] saying that,for the right price and value,those brands are up for divestiture,"CEO Mark Pettie said.
