Independent manufacturers honored: The Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors Association (ICMAD) recognized eight member companies for innovative products, marketing ideas and package designs at fifth annual Cosmetic Innovators of The Year (CITY) Awards held June 19 in New York.
