Sinopec Corp.and Cosco Sign Cooperation Agreements

On February 8th,China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec Corp.) and China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company (Cosco Group) signed long term cooperation agreements on the shipment of imported crude oil and oil products supply in Beijing.Cosco Group will transport the imported crude oil and oil products of 6 million tons for Sinopec Corp.in 2006,and later enlarging to 30 million tons by requirements.
