China Speeds up Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Construction

China will further speed up the construction of oil and gas pipeline network to improve the transportation efficiency and energy distribution as well as ensure stable supply.Energy researcher has formulated the Pipeline Network Program for Crude Oil and Natural Gas during Eleventh Five-year Program (2006-2010),which is subject to approval by the State Council,according to a note released by the State Council on January 9th.
