Chlor-Alkali Project Starts Production in Shaanxi

The first phase(100 000 t/a)of the 300 000 t/a PVC project has recently started production in Shaanxi Jintai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co.,Ltd.The company is a large chlor-alkali chemi cal enterprise jointly established by 4 compa nies including Shaanxi Investment Group Co.,Ltd.The first-phase project has a total invest ment of RMB1.3 billion.It started construc tion in August 2003 and uses the ion-membrane process in the caustic soda production.
