The scheme for issuing more shares in Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemical Co.,Ltd.(Hengsheng SH:600426)has been passed in the shareholders'meeting.The company plans to issue not more than 80 million shares to specific investors and raise RMB500-650 million for the construction of a 200 000 t/a acetic acid project.(CCR2006,No.18)The project will use clean coal gasification as the platform to create a coal chemical industrial chain of alcohol,ether and aldehyde and extend the coal chemical industrial chain in the company.
