Society consults on new limit for Council attendance fee

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society's Council is consulting on a proposed amendment to the Byelaws that will allow it to increase the daily fee paid to Council members for attending meetings of the Council and its committees.The limit now set out in the Byelaws is pound200 and the current fee actually paid is pound160.The proposed amendment would raise the limit to pound300,allowing the Council to increase the fee above pound200 at some point,should it so wish.
