The profession would benefit greatly if Celia Kellett's suggestion (PJ,23 July,pi 15) was implemented.The "one-size-fits-all" method of continuing professional development needs to be replaced with a more flexible choice of methods. Lack of choice will result in fewer people using the system,resulting in an entirely false,poor reflection of pharmacists' capabilities,at a time when the new contract is putting us under the spotlight.
