It was confirmed at the October Council meeting that the costs of litigation earlier in the year over the Society's draft new Charter had not contributed to the retention fee increase for 2005.The matter was raised by Maurice Hickey,who said that he had attended a meeting of pharmacists at which there had been a belief that fees had increased because of the litigation.
