Ube Maruzen Polyethylene intends to create additional value in its low-density polyethylene business segment embracing its core LDPE product,made by the tubular process,and linear low-density polyethylene,or L-LDPE,produced with the aid of metallocene catalysis.To this end,high-added-value metallocene L-LDPE is a new focus of attention for the company,which plans to develop markets in the growth sectors of sealant film and coextrusion.
