Sonoco Recycling, Hartsville begin recycling pilot program

The city of Hartsville, S.C. and Sonoco Recycling launched a six-year single stream recycling pilot program that aims to increase commercial and residential recycling. Along with the residential program, the city and Sonoco will jointly develop a voluntary program specifically aimed at increasing recycling efforts for local businesses, educational institutions and citizens.
