Lessons Learned from the Application of Risk Management in the Shipment of LNG

In order to satisfy the growing demand for natural gas as a primary source of energy,the world is beginning to rely on the shipment of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) over long distances to make up the shortfall in domestic gas production and increase in demand.According to the Cedigaz first estimates for 2004,LNG now accounts for 26.4% of all internationally traded gas.
