Praxair Surface Technologies, Inc., and TAFA Inc. have introduced a newly designed and upgraded plasma control system that helps to improve the stability and repeatability of the plasma spraying process.The model 5500-2000 Net Energy~(TM) controller uses data acquisition software and a net energy algorithm to produce a stable plasma plume. The hardware and software interface in a closed loop, with all gas controls to monitor, adjust, and record the plasma spray process parameters and data in real time.
