Visit of Singapore Chemical Industry Council (SCIC) Delegation

At the invitation of ICMA, a trade delegation from Singapore Chemical Industry Council (SCIC) visited India from 17 February 2003 to 21 February 2003. The delegation was supported by Singapore Confederation of Industries and International Enterprise, Singapore. Mr. Ooi Chwee Kim, Chairman, SCIC, led the delegation. Dr. Phang Boon How, General Manager, Lubrizol Southeast Asia Pte Ltd. was the man main co-ordinator of the visit.
