NAGARJUNA REFINERY LOOKS FOR INVESTORS FOR CUDDALORE PROJECT

The Board of Directors of Nagarjuna Oil Refinery Ltd. (NORL), which holds 46.78% of the equity share capital of Nagarjuna Oil Corporation Ltd. (NOCL), has said that the company is in talks with potential investors interested in investing in the 6-mtpa refinery project of NOCL in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu. The development came on the heels of its decision not to pursue sale of its stake to Singapore-based Netoil, which had started a confirmatory due diligence to acquire the latter's stake.
